PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonwoven fabric that hardly makes a user feel wetness even if the nonwoven fabric is wet.SOLUTION: A nonwoven fabric according to this invention contains a constituent fiber in which multiple particles 11 are firmly fixed to a surface of a fiber 10 and multiple convex parts 12 generated from the particles 11 protrude from the surface of the fiber 10. The convex part 12 has a hydrophobic surface. A height H of the convex 12 protruded from the surface of the fiber 10 is larger than a fiber diameter D of the fiber 10.
