PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an activated carbon sheet excellent in ozonolysis function, removability of hazardous gas component, and flame retardancy.SOLUTION: A flame-retardant deodorizing filter contains an activated carbon layer and a woven fabric arranged on both sides thereof. The woven fabric contains at least one fiber selected from a cellulose fiber, a polyvinyl alcohol fiber, a polyacrylonitrile fiber and a phenolic fiber by &ge30% fiber ratio and 10-80 wt.% phosphorus-based flame retardant based on the weight of the woven fabric. Activated carbon particles are adhered by binder particles of a polyester resin or a polyamide resin.
