PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need of an adhesive or an adhesive layer such as a double-faced tape which is used in order to fix a press-fixed fastener for closing a front and back open type underpants body to an ear piece-like part.SOLUTION: A belt-like continuous sheet to be a press-fixed fastener first piece is thermally welded to an intermediate part in a width direction of a belt-like continuous sheet to be an ear piece-like part wider than that partially at a part of an area of a fastener function part thereof. Then, by a continuous cutting line that repeats an amplitude of one stroke shape of crossing both side edges of the continuous sheet to be the press-fixed fastener first piece, projecting to the outer side, reaching the area of the continuous sheet to be the ear piece-like part, and turning there to return, an integral laminated sheet of the continuous sheet to be the press-fixed fastener first piece and the continuous sheet to be the ear piece-like part is cut off on the continuous cutting line. It is divided into a plurality of pieces so as to correspond to each ear piece-like part. The divided each laminated sheet is fixed to an underpants body as a fastener member and turned to the ear piece-like part with the press-fixed fastener first piece.【課題】 前後開放式のパンツ体を閉じる圧着ファスナを耳片状部に対して固定するために、両面テープ等の粘着剤又は粘着層を不要とする。【解決手段】圧着ファスナ第1片となる帯状の連続シートをそれより幅の広い前記耳片状部となる帯状の連続シートの幅方向の中間部に自身のファスナ機能部の面積の一部において部分的に熱溶着する。そして圧着ファスナ第1片となる連続シートの両側縁と交差するとともに外側にはみ出して耳片状部となる連続シートの領域に至りそこでターンして戻る一筆書状の振幅を繰り返す連続切断線により、圧着ファスナ第1片となる連続シートと耳片状部となる連続シートとの一体的な積層シートをその連続切断線で切断する。それを個々の耳片状部に対応するように複数に分断する。その分断された個々の積層シートをファスナ部材として前記パンツ体に固定して圧着ファスナ第1片付きの耳片状部とする。【選択図】 図14
