PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in which transmission paths for normal rotation and reverse rotation are provided in both sides of left and right of a transport elevator, and therefore the structure is complicated and the maintenance work becomes troublesome, and also the left and right width of a machine body is increased.SOLUTION: A combine is characterized by: providing a reaping device 4 in front of a traveling device 2 providing a threshing device 3 in the upper part of the traveling device 2 providing a grain tank 5 on the side part of the threshing device 3 providing a steering unit 6 in front of the grain tank 5 and providing a reversing mechanism 20 branched off from the middle of a transmission path for rotating the reaping device 4 in the normal direction by the rotational power of an engine 22, and reversing the rotation direction from the engine 22 and transmitting it to the reaping device 4.
