SOLUTION: In a work vehicle that transmits a driving force of an engine to a PTO shaft that interlocks a traveling transmission and a working machine, a reverse operation is performed in association with a reverse side operation of a forward/reverse pedal linked to the traveling transmission. An engine is provided when the reverse drive detecting means 36, 36A for detecting is provided, and the PTO clutch means for turning on/off the power to the PTO shaft is provided, and when the reverse drive detecting means 36, 36A detect the reverse drive side operation when the PTO clutch means is in the ON state. A reverse engine stop mode is provided to stop the engine.
