The present invention provides a complex odor removing facility comprising: a neutralizing module and a neutral module. The neutralizing module dissolves some of odor causing materials of odor gases flowed from an odor generating facility with water to remove the same, and comprises: an acidic neutralizing module which injects alkaline materials from the outside in order to neutralize an acidic odor causing material among odor causing materials, and removes the odor and an alkaline neutralizing module which injects acidic materials from the outside in order to neutralize an alkaline odor causing material among odor causing materials to remove the odor. The neutralizing module connects the acidic neutralizing module to the alkaline neutralizing module in response of odor gases, and operates the acidic neutralizing module and the alkaline neutralizing module. The neutral module dissolves the remaining odor causing materials of odor gases flowed from the neutralizing module to remove the same, and comprises: an acidic neutral module which injects oxidants from the outside in order to oxidize the odor causing materials, and neutralizes the same and a reduction neutral module which injects reducing agents from the outside in order to reduce the odor causing materials, and neutralizes the same. The neutral module connects the acidic neutral module to the reduction neutral module in response to the odor gases, and operates the acidic neutral module and the reduction neutral module.
