The neutral module dissolves, in water, and removes the rest of the malodor-causing materials inserted from the neutralization module, includes an oxidation neutral module for inserting an oxidant from the outside, oxidizing the malodor-causing materials, and neutralizing the malodor-causing materials and a reducing neutral module for inserting a reducing agent from the outside to reduce the malodor-causing materials and neutralizing the malodor-casing materials, connects the oxidation neutral module to the reduction neutral module to correspond to the malodor gas, and operates the oxidation neutral module and the reducing neutral module.
