Disclosed is an apparatus for cutting and feeding hay. The apparatus for cutting and feeding hay according to the present invention comprises a hopper which has the upper part open so as to insert hay compressed into a circular shape and a circular outlet at a lower part of one side； a hopper supporting unit which is coupled along the surface of the hopper to provide a supporting force and has a mounting portion so as to detachably mount the hopper onto a moving device； a pair of cutting units which is rotatably coupled with the inside of the hopper and is able to cut the hay in a predetermined length； a conveyer unit which is rotatably coupled to the hopper forming concentric circles with the outlet so as to be located at the lower part of the cutting units and discharges the hay cut by the cutting units through the outlet； a foreign substance removal unit which protrudes from the outlet of the hopper and removes foreign substances such as metals included in the hay discharged through the outlet； and a driving unit which drives the cutting units and the conveyer unit.건초용 절단 및 공급장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 건초용 절단 및 공급장치는, 원형으로 압축된 건초를 투입할 수 있도록 상부가 개방되며 일측 하부에 원형의 배출구가 마련되는 호퍼； 상기 호퍼의 표면 둘레에 결합되어 상기 호퍼를 지지할 수 있는 지지력을 제공하며 상기 호퍼를 이동장비에 탈부착 가능하게 장착할 수 있도록 일측에 장착부가 마련되는 호퍼 지지부； 상기 호퍼의 내부에 회전 가능하게 결합되며 상기 건초를 일정한 길이로 절단할 수 있도록 마련되는 한 쌍의 절단부； 상기 절단부의 하부에 배치되도록 상기 배출구를 동심원으로 하여 상기 호퍼에 회전 가능하게 결합되며 상기 절단부에 의해 절단된 건초를 상기 배출구로 배출할 수 있도록 마련되는 이송부； 상기 호퍼의 배출구에 돌출되도록 결합되며 상기 배출구로 배출되는 건초 속에 포함된 금속 등의 이물질을 제거할 수 있도록 마련되는 이물질 제거부； 및 상기 절단부와 상기 이송부를 구동시킬 수 있도록 마련되는 구동부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
