The present invention relates to a method for cultivating improved cauliflower mushroom which can cultivate cauliflower mushroom of superior quality at low costs by using a sawdust culture medium composed of sawdust of a needle-leaf tree, by reducing pollution level, and by improving cultivation efficiency. According to the present invention, the method for cultivating cauliflower mushroom has a feature of using the sawdust culture medium composed of sawdust of a needle-leaf tree, with 60-70% of adjusted moisture, which comprises: the sawdust of a needle-leaf tree grain powder in 10-20 wt% of the weight of the sawdust and gluten in 2-3 wt% of the weight of the sawdust.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017본 발명은 침엽수 톱밥 배지를 이용하면서도 재배시의 오염도를 낮추고 재배 효율을 향상시킴으로써, 저비용으로 우수한 품질의 꽃송이 버섯을 재배할 수 있는 개량된 꽃송이 버섯의 재배방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 꽃송이 버섯 재배방법은, 침엽수 톱밥과 상기 톱밥 중량의 10~20%의 곡물가루 및 상기 톱밥 중량의 2~3%의 글루텐을 포함하고, 수분율을 60~70% 수준으로 조정한 침엽수 톱밥 배지를 사용하여 재배하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
