A fertilizer for cultivation of edible mushroom comprises 45-35 wt% of base material and 55-65 wt% of water, wherein the base material comprises a total of 100 parts by weight of wood chips and coffee grounds, and 1 part by weight of eggshell and 6 parts by weight of bran. In the total of 100 parts by weight of wood chips and coffee grounds, 40-80 parts by weight of wood chips and 20-60 parts by weight of coffee grounds are contained. By replacing part of the wood chips with coffee grounds and using wastes such as eggshell and bran to formulate the fertilizer for cultivation of edible mushroom, this invention can balance the environmental protection and production yield while cultivating edible mushroom. In addition, waste resource can be reused to create higheradded-value, providing a design of ecofriendly fertilizer for cultivation of edible mushroom.一種食用菇培育養料,包含45~35重量百分比的基材,及55~65重量百分比的水,其中,該基材含有合計100重量份的木屑與咖啡渣,及1重量份的蛋殼與6重量份的麩皮,且合計100重量份的木屑與咖啡渣中,含有40~80重量百分比的木屑,及20~60重量百分比的咖啡渣。透過以咖啡渣取代部分木屑,並以蛋殼與麩皮等廢棄物來調配食用菇培育養料的設計,可在兼顧環保效益與產量效益的情況下,培育出可食用菇蕈,且能夠使廢棄資源重新再利用,而創造出更高的附加價值,是一種相當環保的食用菇培育養料配方設計。
