The present invention provides a farming apparatus for land raising of aquatic organisms such as fishes and shellfishes and algae (microalgae and sea algae). An apparatus for farming aquatic organisms according to the present invention is useful in maintaining an optimal farming environment since the apparatus is capable of minutely controlling concentrations of the environmental factors within the farming water tank by including a separate water tank in which environmental factors such as oxygen, carbon dioxide, nutrient salts, and live food together with water are contained, and supplying the environmental factors along with water to the farming water tank in a predetermined flow rate in accordance with environmental changes within a farming water tank.
