FISH-AND-SHELLFISH OXYGEN WATER AND MANUFACTURING SYSTEM THEREFOR, FISH-AND-SHELLFISH BREEDING APPARATUS, FISH-AND-SHELLFISH BREEDING METHOD, FISH-AND-SHELLFISH TRANSPORTING METHOD, AND OXYGEN ICE FOR FISH-AND-SHELLFISH
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fish-and-shellfish oxygen water useful for breeding and transporting the fish-and-shellfish.SOLUTION: The state of the fish-and-shellfish oxygen water is maintained for 35 days or longer such that a dissolved oxygen concentration is 25 ppm or higher under the opened atmosphere, and the fish-and-shellfish oxygen water is produced by a producing system including: a mixing device 10 for mixing oxygen and water; and pressurizing means. A mixing unit G of the mixing device 10 includes: a supply hole; a discharge hole; a flow passage for making the supply hole communicate with the discharge hole; and a plurality of cylindrical-column-shaped pins P protruded from the flow passage and subjected to super vibrations accompanying the contact with supplied water. The supply hole is arranged near the center of the mixing unit G, the discharge hole is arranged near the outer circumference edge thereof, a plurality of annular rows formed of a plurality of pins P arranged on concentric virtual circles are arranged from the center of the mixing unit toward the outer circumference edge, and the pins P are radially arranged from the center of the mixing unit toward the outer circumference edge. Water containing oxygen is supplied from the supply hole to the flow passage by the pressurizing means, the water containing oxygen passes through the flow passage while contacting the pins P, and oxygen and water are mixed by the super vibrations of the pins P and discharged from the discharge hole.【課題】魚介類の飼育や輸送に有用な魚貝類用酸素水を提供する。【解決手段】魚貝類用酸素水は解放された大気下において溶存酸素濃度が25ppm以上の状態が35日以上持続するものであり、酸素と水とを混合する混合装置10と加圧手段とを含む製造システムによって製造される。混合装置10の混合部Gは、供給孔、排出孔、供給孔と排出孔を連通する流路、及び流路から突出し供給された水との接触に伴って超振動する円柱形の複数のピンPを有し、混合部Gの中央付近に供給孔、外周縁付近に排出孔、同心の仮想円上に複数配置されたピンPによって形成される環状列が混合部の中央から外周縁へ向かって複数列配置され、ピンPが混合部の中央から外周縁へ向かって放射状に配置され、加圧手段によって酸素を含む水が供給孔から流路へと供給され、ピンPとの接触を伴い酸素を含む水が流路を通過し、ピンPの超振動で酸素と水とが混合され排出孔から排出される。【選択図】図1
