The present invention relates to a fish farming apparatus capable of cultivating plants and purifying water using natural ecology. The fish farming apparatus of the present invention is a pollution free apparatus for farming and fish farming which: raises fishes and shellfishes in water stored in a pond, a reservoir, an aquarium, a fish tank, etc cultivates plants without using a pesticide such as a fertilizer and a herbicide by managing farming using excretions of the fishes and shellfishes and improves water quality.
