Provided are an implant abutment screw and a method thereof. The implant abutment screw connects a fixture applied to be planted in an alveolar to an artificial tooth. The implant abutment screw comprises: i) a head unit which has a hexagonal wrench groove extended in the longitudinal direction of an abutment； ii) and a body unit which has the diameter smaller than the diameter of the head unit and connects the head unit to the fixture. The hexagonal wrench groove comprises: i) three notch grooves； ii) three first inner walls which each have notch groove of the three notch grooves in the longitudinal direction of the abutment and do not come into contact with each other； and iii) three second inner walls which are flat and in contact with the first inner walls alternatively. Each notch groove comprises: i) a first notch surface which is formed to be parallel to any second inner wall in contact with the first inner wall； and ii) a second notch surface which is formed to be parallel to another second inner wall in contact with the first inner wall, and meets the first notch surface while forming an acute angle. On the basis of the longitudinal direction, the length of the notch groove is longer than the length of the hexagonal wrench groove.
