PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that an electronic endoscope system has a large time lag from a time when capturing an image of a subject by an electronic scope (a solid-state imaging device) until it is displayed on a display screen of a monitor.SOLUTION: An electronic endoscope system comprises: an electronic scope for outputting an image signal of a subject captured by a solid-state imaging device； a patient circuit in which the image signal is input from the electronic scope； an image development circuit for developing the RAW-format image signal output from the solid-state imaging device； and a secondary circuit that is electrically isolated from the patient circuit and in which the image signal after the development processing is input from the patient circuit.
