A rotor of a rotating electrical machine has a boss into which a shaft is inserted, a rotor yoke which is disposed on an outer circumferential side of the boss and to which a plurality of pole pieces is annularly connected, and a linking member comprising resin for integrally molding the boss and the rotor yoke. Each of the plurality of pole pieces has an injection hole formed in an axial direction for injecting the resin at the time of integral molding.
