The method comprises: monitoring a user voice including at least one voice segment when it is detected that a terminal main voice system is off; determining whether a voice segment having an enable attribute is present or not; sending an enable signal for enabling the terminal main voice system and storing a voice segment monitored after the voice segment having the enable attribute, if present; and transmitting the stored voice segment when it is detected that the terminal main voice system is successfully enabled.
