PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic apparatus capable of acquiring a reliable measurement result of an intraocular distance and a control method of an ophthalmologic apparatus.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic apparatus includes an interference optical system, an artifact specification part, a movement mechanism for relatively moving the interference optical system with respect to an eye to be examined, a control part for controlling the movement mechanism, a yellow spot specification part, and an intraocular distance calculation part. The interference optical system projects measurement light onto the eye to be examined, and detects interference light between a return light of the measurement light from the eye to be examined and reference light. The artifact specification part specifies artifact in a position corresponding to the corneal vertex of the eye to be examined on the basis of a result of the detection of the interference light. The yellow spot specification part specifies a position corresponding to a yellow spot in the eye to be examined on the basis of a result of the detection of the interference light acquired in a state that positioning of the artifact and the interference optical system is completed by the movement mechanism. The intraocular distance calculation part calculates an intraocular distance from the position of the artifact and the position corresponding to the yellow spot.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】信頼性が高い眼内距離の測定結果を得ることが可能な眼科装置、及び眼科装置の制御方法を提供する。【解決手段】眼科装置は、干渉光学系と、アーチファクト特定部と、被検眼に対して干渉光学系を相対的に移動する移動機構と、移動機構を制御する制御部と、黄斑部特定部と、眼内距離算出部とを含む。干渉光学系は、測定光を被検眼に投射し、被検眼からの測定光の戻り光と参照光との干渉光を検出する。アーチファクト特定部は、干渉光の検出結果に基づき被検眼の角膜頂点に相当する位置におけるアーチファクトを特定する。黄斑部特定部は、移動機構によりアーチファクトと干渉光学系との位置合わせが完了した状態で取得された干渉光の検出結果に基づいて、被検眼における黄斑部に相当する位置を特定する。眼内距離算出部は、アーチファクトの位置と黄斑部に相当する位置とから眼内距離を算出する。【選択図】図1
