Disclosed is a single port comprising: a body part positioned at a laparoscopic surgery site of a human body； a plurality of channel parts installed in the body part and having an opening hole into which a surgical instrument is inserted； a gas injection line connected to the body part to inject surgical gas into the human body, and having a first opening and closing valve installed therein； a gas discharge line connected to the gas injection line in the body part to discharge gas generated from the inside of the human body, and having a second opening and closing valve installed therein； and a filter part filtering contaminants included in the gas passing through the second opening and closing valve in the gas discharge line.
