The present invention relates to a laparoscopic port unit module in which one end thereof and the other end are respectively placed inside and outside a human body through introitus vaginae, and provides a vaginal endoscopic port unit module comprising: an outer unit of which the end is exposed to the outside of the vaginal inlet and which comprises one or more outer ports allowing the entry of a surgical instrument including an endoscope； an inner unit formed at an inner wall of the vaginal cavity so as to be placed at an incision region connected to the abdominal cavity and allowing the surgical instrument entering through the outer port to come in and out of the abdominal cavity； and a runner unit for connecting the outer unit and the inner unit.본 발명은, 질 입구를 통하여 일단은 신체 내부에, 타단은 신체 외부에 배치되는 복강 내시경 포트 유니트 모듈로서, 단부가 질 입구의 외부에 노출되어 배치되고 내시경을 포함하는 수술 기구의 진입을 허용하는 하나 이상의 아우터 포트를 구비하는 아우터 유니트와, 질강 내벽에 형성되어 복강과 연결되는 절개 부위에 배치되고 상기 아우터 포트를 통하여 유입되는 상기 수술 기구의 복강으로의 유출입을 허용하는 이너 포트를 포함하는 이너 유니트와, 상기 아우터 유니트와 상기 이너 유니트를 연결하는 러너 유니트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질식 내시경 포트 유니트 모듈을 제공한다.
