<;P>;PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antiglycation composition surely and safely attaining antiglycation action and continuously usable in mild state, foods, drinks, additives for foods and drinks, cosmetic compositions and pharmaceutical compositions containing the antiglycation composition and a method for producing hydroxyisoflavone. <;P>;SOLUTION: The antiglycation composition contains at least one kind of compounds expressed by chemical formula (1), etc. The composition is produced by fermenting an isoflavone-containing composition. The foods, drinks, additives for foods and drinks and cosmetic compositions contain the antiglycation composition.
