The present invention pertains to the medicine field, for expanding and stimulating the skin growth, particularly consisting in an expander device for stimulating the growth of the skin in a directed and non-invasive manner, skin of the nasoalveolar zone, in people with cleft lip and palate. The device for expanding the skin and stimulating the growth thereof is formed by: an expander, which comprises a graded non-elastic tape adjusted by both ends to a first and second clip, consisting on a flat structure, with a main body that is lifted perpendicular the base for allowing the end portions of the expander to be inserted and fastened, thus promoting the expansion of the skin segments where patches are adhered and fixed to the skin, where the rear portion thereof is useful as a support for fixing the flat base of each clip.La presente invencion se ubica en el campo de la medicina, para la expansion y estimulacion del crecimiento de la piel, particularmente consiste de un dispositivo expansor para estimular el crecimiento de piel de manera no invasiva y direccionada, distintamente piel de la zona nasoalveoar, en personas con labio y paladar hendido. El dispositivo para expandir la piel y estimular su crecimiento se conforma por: Un expansor, que consiste de una cinta no elastica graduada que se ajusta por cada uno de los extremos a un primer y segundo broche, que consisten de una estructura con base plana, con un cuerpo principal que se levanta perpendicular a la base para permitir la insercion y sujecion de cada extremo del expansor, proporcionando con ello el estiramiento de los segmentos de piel donde se adhiere cada uno de los parches, que se fijan a la piel, y su cara dorsal sirve de soporte para fijar la base plana de cada broche.
