The present invention provides a tube for tracheal intubation comprising: a tube main body having a front end part on one side which is inserted into the trachea via a guide tube of a laryngeal mask in order to secure the airway, a length display part formed on the circumferential surface of a rear end part on the other side, and open tips on both sides； a sealing cuff which is provided on the circumferential surface near the tip of the front end part on the one side of the tube main body, and expands and contracts by means of air supplied from the outside and air discharged to the outside； a balloon member which is provided on the other side of the tube main body, and, by supplying and discharging air and liquid by being connected to the sealing cuff, causes the sealing cuff to expand and contract； and a connection tube for connecting the balloon member and the sealing cuff, wherein an adherence groove to which an air tube is adhered is formed on the outside of the circumferential surface of the rear end part and the outside of the circumferential surface of the front end part of the tube main body close to the length display part, and a hallow hole through which the air tube is inserted formed inside the circumferential surface of the tube main body connected to the outside of the circumferential surface of the front end part of the tube main body on which the adherence groove is formed.
