A blood collection tube suited for a vacuum blood collection device is provided. The blood collection tube includes a tube, a cover, and a stirring shaft. The cover is assembled to the tube to form a sealed space, and the cover is suited for being detachably assembled to the vacuum blood collection device. The stirring shaft is freely pivoted to at least one of the tube and the cover to be in the sealed space.
