PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of accurately discharging a constant amount in a conventional syringe having an injection cylinder on the outer peripheral surface of which a scale of a required liquid medicine amount is displayed, the conventional syringe requiring a part of the liquid medicine in the injection cylinder to be discharged from an injection needle to perform so-called bubble elimination operation for eliminating bubbles in the injection cylinder by suctioning the liquid medicine from a vial or an ampule prior to administration, which causes variation in a suction amount at the time of suctioning the liquid medicine from the vial or the ampoule, or variation in the liquid medicine amount discharged at the time of the administration.SOLUTION: The quantitative discharge container comprises a piston that is slidably arranged inside a syringe, in which: a groove is formed in one of either the syringe and the piston in a longitudinal direction thereof and a projection is provided on another one, the groove and the projection being fitted to each other so as to relatively movable back and forth the groove is provided with a step part that comes in contact with the projection in a longitudinal direction and the inner diameter of a syringe front part is smaller than the inner diameter of a syringe rear part.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】 従来より、注射器には注射筒の外周面に投薬に必要な薬液量の目盛りが表示され、一定量を正確に吐出することが望まれている。しかし、バイアルやアンプルから薬液を吸引し、投薬に先立って、泡抜き操作と呼ばれる注射筒内の気泡を抜くために、注射筒内の薬液の一部を注射針から排出する必要がある。この時、バイアルやアンプルから薬液を吸引する際の吸引量にばらつきが生じ、また、投薬時に排出される薬液量にもばらつきが生じていた。【解決手段】 シリンジの内部に摺動自在にピストンを配置した定量吐出容器であって、前記シリンジ又はピストンの何れか一方の長手方向には溝部を形成し、他方には突出部を設け、前記溝部と突出部とを相対的に前後動可能に嵌挿させると共に、前記溝部には前記突出部と長手方向で当接する段部を設け、前記シリンジ前部の内径が前記シリンジ後部の内径よりも小さいことを特徴とする定量吐出容器。【選択図】 図1
