PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe enabling stably administering liquid medicine to a person to be administered by surely gripping even when high plunger pressing force is required, and reminding an administrator of using by gripping.SOLUTION: A syringe 1 comprises: an injection cylinder 10 provided with a liquid medicine discharge part 41 at the tip and an opening 39 in the base end, and having a trunk 44 capable of storing liquid medicine； a gasket 43 inserted into the injection cylinder 10； and a plunger 50 having a shank 51 inserted into the injection cylinder 10 from the opening, and a pressing force part 53 provided in the base end of the shank 51, and pressed so as to direct and slide the gasket 43 to the liquid medicine discharge part 41. The injection cylinder 10 comprises: a grippable cylindrical grip part 33 provided at a base end side of the liquid medicine discharge part 41； an annular projection part 37 provided between the grip part 33 and the opening 39, projecting outward by 0.5-2 mm from the outer peripheral surface of the grip part 33 roughly perpendicularly to a central axis； and a finger hook part 37a extending only in one direction in a radial direction roughly perpendicular to the central axis of the injection cylinder 10 from the outer peripheral surface of the annular projection part 37, and projecting by 4 mm or more from the outer peripheral surface of the grip part 33 so as to hook the finger.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】高いプランジャ押圧力が必要でも確りと把持して安定して薬液を被投与者に投与でき、投与者に把持して使用すると想起させるシリンジを提供する。【解決手段】シリンジ1は、先端に薬液排出部41と基端に開口部39とが設けられ、薬液を収容可能な胴部44を有する注射筒10と、注射筒10に挿入されるガスケット43と、開口部から注射筒10に挿入される軸部51と、軸部51の基端に設けられた押圧部53とを有し、押圧されてガスケット43を薬液排出部41に向き摺動させるプランジャ50とを備えるシリンジであり、注射筒10が、薬液排出部41の基端側に設けられ把持可能な筒状の把持部33と、把持部33と開口部39との間に設けられ中心軸と略垂直に把持部33の外周面から外方へ0.5～2mm突出した環状突出部37と、環状突出部37の外周面から注射筒10の中心軸に略垂直な径方向における一方向のみへ延び、把持部33の外周面から4mm以上突き出し手指を引っ掛ける指掛部37aと、を有する。【選択図】図１
