The present invention is an intestinal flora extraction vessel for extracting an intestinal flora from feces, said vessel being provided with: a vessel main body which has a first opening and a second opening formed therein and is configured deformably； an opening/closing mechanism which is configured so as to open and close the first opening in the vessel main body； a filter member which is housed in the vessel main body and partitions the vessel main body into a first region positioned on the side of the first opening and a second region positioned on the side of the second opening, and through which the intestinal flora is filtered off from the feces； and a communication member which is attached to the second opening and can allow the second region to be communicated with the outside of the vessel main body.本發明是一種腸內菌叢萃取容器，用以從糞便萃取腸內菌叢，其具備下述構件：容器本體，其被構成可變形，並形成有第1開口部和第2開口部；開關機構，其被構成可開關前述容器本體的第1開口部；過濾器構件，其被收容於前述容器本體內，將該容器本體分隔成前述第1開口部側的第1區域與前述第2開口部側的第2區域，由前述糞便過濾出腸內菌叢；及，連通構件，其被安裝於前述第2開口部，可連通前述第2區域與前述容器本體的外部。
