PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container-packaged beverage to be heated for sale in a heated state (50 to 70°C), containing components to be deteriorated by heat, of which the temperature deterioration can be effectively inhibited with minimal influence on the flavor of the beverage.SOLUTION: A pressurized carbon dioxide gas is fed in the container-packaged beverage to be heated for sale containing components to be deteriorated by heat, so as to have a gas pressure in the container of 0.05 MPa or more when measured at 20°C. Consequently the temperature deterioration of the container-packaged beverage to be heated for sale can be inhibited.【課題】加温（５０～７０℃）状態で販売に供される、加温劣化成分を含有する加温販売用容器詰飲料において、飲料の香味には極力影響を及ぼすことなく、加温劣化成分の加温劣化を有効に抑制した加温販売用容器詰飲料を提供すること。【解決手段】加温劣化成分を含有する加温販売用容器詰飲料において、２０℃で測定したときの容器内ガス圧力が、０．０５ＭＰａ以上になるように、該飲料に炭酸ガスを圧入することにより、加温劣化成分の加温劣化を抑制した加温販売用容器詰飲料を提供する。【選択図】なし
