PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous cutter for leaves/roots of onions capable of successively and cleanly cutting off leaves and roots of onions automatically after merely dropping in onions with leaves/roots from an injection port.SOLUTION: Provided is a continuous cutter for leaves/roots of onions for successively continuously cutting off the leaves and roots. In a body case 1, there are installed a leaf cutting unit 2 for cutting off leaves of onions T and a root cutting unit 3 for cutting off roots of onions T1. Between the leaf cutting unit 2 and the root cutting unit 3, a vertical turnover device 4 is installed by which the onions T1 with roots remaining and with leaves removed by a leaf cutting device 25 on the leaf cutting unit 2 side are transferred, in a vertically inverted state so that the roots are situated to the lower face side of the onion bodies, onto the starting end part of a transfer device 31 for onions with roots remaining and leaves removed on the root cutting unit 3 side.
