PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope auxiliary device that allows a camera to be inserted without providing a new hole in the body of a patient, and allows the camera and medical devices to be easily operated.SOLUTION: An endoscope auxiliary device comprises: an endoscope auxiliary device body to be inserted into a trocar to be used for endoscopic surgery a camera provided on a tip part of the endoscope auxiliary device body a through hole provided from the tip part to a root part of the endoscope auxiliary device body, and into which medical devices including forceps can be inserted and a handle part provided on the root part, having a rotation axis coaxial with the endoscope auxiliary device body, and capable of changing attitudes of the camera and the medical devices. In the root part or the handle part, a check valve structure is provided in the through hole in order to prevent gas leakage from a gap between an inner peripheral surface of the through hole and outer peripheral surfaces of the medical devices.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】患者の身体に新たに孔を設けることなくカメラを挿入し、かつ、カメラおよび医療器具を容易に操作可能な内視鏡補助装置を提供する。【解決手段】内視鏡手術に用いるトラカールの内部に挿入する内視鏡補助装置本体と、内視鏡補助装置本体の先端部に設けられたカメラと、内視鏡補助装置本体の先端部から根元部へかけて設けられた貫通孔であって、鉗子を含む医療器具を挿通し得る貫通孔と、根元部に設けられ、内視鏡補助装置本体と同軸の回転軸を有して、カメラおよび医療器具の姿勢を変更しできるハンドル部を備える。根元部又はハンドル部に、貫通孔の内周面と医療器具の外周面との隙間からガス漏れを防ぐため、貫通孔には逆止弁構造が設けられる。【選択図】図1
