The present invention relates to a whitening and spot correcting composition, comprising an effective amount of ingredients selected from the group consisting of mangosteen extract, acai extract, glutathione, fish collagen, konjac extract containing ceramides, glucosamine hydrochloride, royal jelly peptides, cranberry extract, strawberry extract liquid containing polyphenol, swiftlet nest extract, ferrous bisglycinate chelate, fruit polyphenol and skipjack elastin, and a drinkable vehicle.
