PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for converting a district where is a barren land and where pollution has occurred, into a wood chip production factory which absorbs carbon dioxide which serves as fuel of a thermal electric power plant, for serving as a fuel supply/production place of a power generation energy supply.SOLUTION: The system is configured so that, plants which grow in colonies in a tropical zone are made to cover a pile of an extremely large amount of waste matters which cannot be processed by using a soil quality improver which uses a special chemical substance, for tree planting, then, a wood chip produced as a result of tree planting, is used for thermal electric power generation, and a pile of waste matters is converted into a supply matrix of materials capable of supplying electric power energy.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】不毛で公害を発生している地域を、火力発電所の燃料となる二酸化炭素を吸収した木質チップ生産工場に変換させて、発電エネルギー供給の燃料供給生産地とするシステムを供給する。【解決手段】熱帯地方に群生する成長著しい植物を、特殊な化学物質を利用した土質改良剤を利用して膨大で処理出来ない廃棄物の山に被せて植林を行い、その結果生産される木質チップを火力発電に利用、不毛なゴミ山を電力エネルギー供給できる材料の供給基地にする。【選択図】図３
