PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic resonance apparatus capable of creating a synthetic spectrum having a large SN ratio.SOLUTION: A peak value Pa and a noise Na in frequency of water are determined based on a water spectrum Wa, and a peak value Pb and a noise Nb in the frequency of water are determined based on a water spectrum Wb, Then, the peak value Pa and peak value Pb are normalized by the noise Na and the noise Nb respectively. Based on the peak value Pa/Na which is normalized by the noise, intensities of metabolite spectra P-M1a to P-M4a are adjusted. Based on the peak value Pb/Nb which is normalized by the noise, intensities of metabolite spectra P-M1b to P-M4b are adjusted.
