PURPOSE: A biomaterial for MRI(Magnetic Resonance Imaging) diagnosis and a method of manufacturing the same are provided to relieve distortion of an image when a body is operated, diagnosed, or analyzed using an MRI. CONSTITUTION: A biomaterial for MRI diagnosis comprises at least one diamagnetic substance selected from a group consisting of a carbonaceous material and bismuth; and at least one paramagnetic substance selected from a group consisting of nitinol, niobium, titanium, and zirconium. The diamagnetic substance comprises a carbonaceous material. The carbonaceous material is graphite. The paramagnetic material comprises titanium. The amount of titanium is 70-90 vol%. [Reference numerals] (AA) Temperature(°;C); (BB) TIC + Graphite자기공명영상 진단용 생체 소재 및 그 제조 방법을 제공한다. 자기공명영상 진단용 생체 소재는, i) 탄소질(carbonaceous material) 및 비스무스(bismuth)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 반자성체, 및 ii) 니티놀(nitinol), 니오븀(niobium), 티타늄(titanium) 및 지르코늄(zirconium)으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 상자성체를 포함한다.
