PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine injection instrument capable of reducing the control force required for pressing a presser in discharging a medicine and also easily performing the pressing operation for the presser.SOLUTION: A medicine injection instrument 10A includes: a cylindrical body 12 filled with a medicine a presser 14 inserted in a hollow part of the cylindrical body 12 and an operation member 16 having a finger hook part 34 for hooking an operators finger.
