PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-administration device for liquid medicine in which an engagement state of an engaging means with respect to an operating member is automatically canceled after liquid medicine in a reservoir is poured out.SOLUTION: The liquid medicine self-administration device includes a reservoir 28, an operating member 20, a pushing member 16 for inducing pressure deformation of the reservoir 28 by relative movement with respect to the operating member 20, and engaging means 14, 62 engaged with the operating member 20. On the basis of restoring force of a spring member 18 to be in an elastic deformation state under engagement of the engaging means 14, 62 with respect to the operating member 20, the push the reservoir 28 is moved relative to the operating member, so that the reservoir 28 is pushed and deformed by the pushing member 16.
