PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grafted seedling producing apparatus with an easy structure, capable of efficiently subjecting to grafting treatment seedlings having soft seed leaves developing in a bifoliate form through securely arranging the development axis direction of the seed leaves in a prescribed direction without damaging the seed leaves.SOLUTION: This grafted seedling producing apparatus has a gathering part (2) for receiving seedlings having bifoliate developing seed leaves, and subjecting the seedlings as scion or stock individually to a gathering treatment. The gathering part (2) is set with a freely fitting holding mechanism capable of rotatably loosely holding the hypocotyl of the received seedlings while cutting the roots, a transferring mechanism (13) of supporting the freely fitting holding mechanism and transferring to a horizontal direction, and a direction correcting member (14) for fitting the seed leaf developing direction to the transfer direction through interfering with the seed leaves of the seedlings at the transfer terminal part in the transferring mechanism (13).
