摘要：: The present invention relates to a high voltage treatment apparatus that includes: a main body which includes an inner space, an inlet through which wheat flour is charged, and an outlet through which the wheat flour is discharged; a rotational rod which is arranged inside the main body in the lengthwise direction of the main body; a perforated plate which is attached to the rotational rod in the lengthwise direction of the rotational rod, rotates with the rotational rod, and includes a plurality of holes to pass the wheat flour; an electrode rod which is inserted into a hole penetrating one side of the main body and generates high voltages; and a high voltage generating device which applies high voltages on the electrode rod. The high voltage treatment apparatus can enhance physical properties of wheat flour so that bread having soft texture can be baked even when a certain substance of the wheat flour is not removed and enzymes are not added into the wheat flour.
