The storage element operate as a pressure accumulator with a corresponding loading element. The storage element is formed as a container with or without an inner element. The storage element is formed as a pure balloon or as a vacuum unit. The storage element is applied for collecting emissions from all processes and plants. A conveying element is installed between the contact element and storage element depending on the structural condition.
