A visual oral irrigator of the invention includes an oral irrigator, an oralobservationinstrument and a connecting mechanism. A water outlet of a sprayer is withinthe field ofview of an observation system of the oral observation instrument. A pressurevessel includesa pressurizing device, a housing and a fluid containing space. The pressure ofwater in thepressure vessel can be increased through the pressurizing device, and acontrol switch isturned on to enable the water to be sprayed from the sprayer of a spray lance,so that the teethor the oral cavity can be cleaned visually, and the cleaning process can beshot andphotographed in real time. By adopting a detachable design mode for the visualoral irrigatorof the invention, both the sprayer and a water tank can be convenientlyremoved and thencleaned, so that the using process is more sanitary and convenient.
