Provided is a pimple remover which has a disinfectant sprayer to prevent secondary infection happening during pimple removal, wherein the disinfectant sprayer is detachable and a cleansing brush is arranged, thereby enhancing user convenience of cleaning and sterilization after pimple removal and a foldable mirror is arranged, thereby enabling a user to conveniently remove pimples anytime anywhere. The pimple remover of the present invention comprises: a compression head having a hole part for compression on one end thereof in order to apply pressure around a pimple to extrude the pimple from skin； a main body having one end connected to the compression head to extend a used length of the compression head； and a disinfectant sprayer connected to the other end of the main body.소독약 분사기를 구비함으로써, 여드름 제거 과정에서 생기는 2차 감염을 방지할 수 있고, 소독약 분사기를 착탈식으로 구비하고 세척용 솔을 구비함으로써, 여드름 제거 후의 세척 및 살균과정의 편리성을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 접철식 거울을 구비함으로써, 언제 어디서나 편리하게 여드름을 제거할 수 있는 여드름 제거기가 소개된다. 이러한 여드름 제거기는 여드름의 주위에 압력을 가하여 여드름을 피부로부터 압출하도록 그 단부에 압축용 홀부가 형성된 압축 헤드와, 상기 압축 헤드가 그 일단에 연결되도록 하여 상기 압축 헤드의 사용 길이를 연장하는 몸체와, 상기 몸체의 타단에 연결되는 소독약 분사기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
