PURPOSE: An upper and lower tray device for artificial tooth is provided to measure the distance of the lower and the upper jaw and exercising muscle and check whether the device will work or not in the mouth of a user.CONSTITUTION: An upper and lower tray deice for artificial tooth comprises the upper and the lower jaw (10a)(10b) which are installed in a mouth surrounding the upper and the lower gum, and a lower and an upper sub tray (20a)(20b) which are connected to the trays in a detachable way and a tray controlling device (30) which controls the distance of the upper and the lower tray and the gap between the upper and the lower tray and the upper and the lower tray is centered around a center of the mouth.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013본 발명의 틀니 제작용 상하트레이 장치는, 환자 구강내에서 상부 및 하부 잇몸을 감싸주도록 각각 끼워지는 상부 및 하부용 주트레이(10a)(10b)와, 상기 상부용 주트레이(10a)와 하부용 주트레이(10b)에서 서로 치아가 맞닿아 교합되는 부분에 결합 또는 분리되도록 각각 끼워지는 상부 및 하부용 보조트레이(20a)(20b)와, 상기 상부용 주트레이(10a)와 하부용 주트레이(10b)가 서로 마주하는 중앙에 연결되어 환자 구강내에서 콘다이를 중심으로 잇몸상태가 편안하도록 환자 개인에 맞는 상부 및 하부용 주트레이(10a)(10b)의 수평도와 높낮이를 조절하는 트레이조절수단(30)으로 구성되어 있으므로, 기존 방식을 과감히 탈피하여 환자가 처음 병원을 방문하였을 때 본(인상)을 뜨면서 상·하악골의 수직적 거리와 하악골의 운동로를 측정하고 바로 인공치아까지 배열하여 환자 구강내에서 기능여부를 즉시 확인할 수 있으며, 또한 5-6일 정도로 획기적인 틀니 제작 기간을 거쳐 기능적이고 심미적으로 완성한 틀니가 환자 구강내에서 정확하게 기능을 발휘할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
