The oral device, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises a body having a shape corresponding to the set of teeth an upper groove formed in the upper body for teeth included in the set of teeth of the upper jaw to be inserted a lower groove formed in the lower body for the lower jaw to move forward at a fixed distance by inserting the teeth included in the set of teeth of the lower jaw and a guide unit which is extended toward at least one up or down direction from the body and at a fixed distance and enables the teeth of upper jaw or lower jaw to be inserted in the upper groove or lower groove.
