Disclosed is a lower jaw tooth fixing type oral device capable of smoothly moving a lower jaw in a state of wearing the oral device fixed in the lower jaw. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the lower jaw tooth fixing type oral device comprises: a body which has a shape corresponding to a set of teeth a lower groove which is formed in a lower part of the body to enable lower jaw teeth to be inserted an upper groove which is formed on an upper part of the body to enable an upper jaw to be moved to a back side by inserting upper jaw teeth and an upper jaw tooth guide unit which extends from the body to be faced to sides of the upper jaw teeth. The lower groove further includes a lower jaw molar tooth fixing groove which is strongly interlocked with at least a part of left/right molars of the lower jaw teeth through frictional force and a lower jaw anterior tooth groove which holds remaining lower jaw teeth excluding the left/right molars. The lower jaw tooth fixing type oral device improves sleep apnea, snoring, rhinitis, and paranasal sinusitis by facilitating smooth flow of air through airway without a pain, malocclusion, or temporomandibular disorder caused by using a conventional oral device.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017하악치아에 고정되는 구강장치를 착용하여도 하악이 자연스럽게 움직일 수 있도록 하는 하악치아 고정형 구강장치가 개시된다. 일례에 따른 하악치아 고정형 구강장치는, 치열에 대응되는 형상의 몸체 하악 치아가 삽입되도록 상기 몸체의 하부에 형성된 하부홈 상악 치아가 삽입되어 상기 상악이 소정 거리 후퇴하도록 상기 몸체의 상부에 형성된 상부홈 및 상기 상악 치아의 측면과 마주보도록 상기 몸체로부터 연장되어 형성된 상악치아가이드부를 포함하며, 상기 하부홈은, 상기 하악 치아 중 좌우 어금니들의 적어도 일부가 마찰력을 통하여 강하게 맞물리도록 형성된 하악구치고정홈 및, 상기 좌우 어금니들을 제외한 나머지 하악 치아를 거치하도록 형성된 하악전치홈을 더 포함하여 이루어진다. 하악치아 고정형 구강장치를 이용하면, 구강장치를 착용하여도 종래의 구강장치와 달리 동통이나 부정교합 또는 턱관절 장애가 발생하지 않고, 기도를 통한 공기의 흐름이 원활하도록 하여 수면무호흡, 코골이,비염이나 부비동염이 나을 수 있는 효과가 있다.
