The transmitter 3 can wirelessly communicate with a biosignal recording device 4. A transmission unit 31 transmits biosignal data VD. A storage unit 32 records the biosignal data VD. A reception unit 41 receives the biosignal data VD. A recording unit 42 records the biosignal data VD received by the reception unit 41. A detection unit 43 detects a missing part DP of the biosignal data VD recorded in the recording unit 42. A notification unit 44 notifies the transmitter 3 of the detected missing part DP. A complementary transmission unit 33 reads out biosignal data VDP corresponding to the notified missing part DP from the storage unit 32 and transmits the biosignal data VDP.
