A hair cleansing agent composition comprising (A) a cleansing agent component, (B) a dimethyldiallyl ammonium salt-acrylamide copolymer having a weight average molecular weight of 900,000 to 2,600,000, (C) an organic powder and (D) dimethylpolysiloxane having a kinematic viscosity of 5,000,000 mm2/s or more at 25˚C, wherein the (B)/(C) ratio is 5 to 100 by mass and the (D)/(C) ratio is 4.5 to 100 by mass.
