PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hairdressing agent sufficiently ensuring hair-setting power while being capable of suppressing hair stickiness after setting.SOLUTION: The present invention is a hairdressing agent compounded with (A) a solid wax or hydrocarbon, (B) a liquid ester oil, (C) a volatile silicone, (D) a nonionic surfactant, (E) a modified corn starch, and (F) water. The compounding amount of the (A) component is good to be 10 mass% or more. Preferably, the compounding amount of the (B) component is 5 mass% or less and the compounding amount of the (C) component is 10 mass% or more.
