PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-like cosmetic product for hairdressing which can uniformly apply a hairdressing agent to hair within a bundle of hair without spoiling the hairstyle when applying a hairdressing agent after styling the hair different to the original style, such that the set style can be kept for an extended period and the set hair feels natural, and a hairdressing method using the same.SOLUTION: The sheet-like cosmetic product comprises a member to be impregnated which is impregnated with a liquid cosmetic composition containing the following components (A) and (B). (A) 0.01% by mass or more and 20% by mass or less of a film-forming resin.
