PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair treatment method of using a hair treatment agent, such as a chemical for forming permanent wave and/or a hair dyeing chemical, in which not only can desired permanent treatment, or hair treatment such as hair dyeing be simply and easily carried out without requiring highly skilled technique, but also the agent spreads all over the hair in an accurately-adjusted, uniform and required amount thereof, and is safely applied to the hair while avoiding directly adhering to the scalp, etc.SOLUTION: A film formed by using porphyran as a base material contains a hair treatment agent, such as a chemical for forming permanent wave and/or a hair dyeing chemical, and after the film sheet is applied to hair, the hair treatment agent is applied to the hair by heating and keeping the hair to dissolve the film sheet.
