The invention relates to a semiautomatic module for collecting and breeding pest insects in cereal and food storehouses, with a view to performing the tests needed for establishing alternative methods to control them, the module allowing the insects population to be transferred from a spent degraded nutritive support to a fresh one. According to the invention, the module consists of a rectangular framework made of aluminium bars (1) such as those employed in thermopane windows, which are attached with some clamping screws (5) having on top and on the side faces a fine carbon fibre mesh (2) fixed in the trough of the aluminium framework with elastic cord, the mesh (2) delimiting a cage inside which the insects may move, on the lower face of the aluminium framework there being some threaded orifices (4) in which the top part of the breeding vessels (6) is screwed, the said vessels being made of 1.5 mm-thick glass and containing inside the fresh medium, where the number of breeding vessels amounts to 5...10, according to the needs.Invenţia se referă la un modul semiautomat de colectare şi creştere a insectelor dăunătoare, în depozitele de produse cerealiere şi alimentare, în vederea efectuării testelor necesare pentru stabilirea metodelor alternative de control al acestora, modulul permiţând transferul populaţiei de insecte de pe suportul nutritiv epuizat şi degradat, pe un suport nutritiv proaspăt.
